I couldn't imagine having to combine gluten-free (not by choice) with avoiding seed oils. It would be nearly impossible in today's lifestyle. I've been rethinking seed oils lately and this article falls in line with my perspective. Goes back to the saying everything in moderation. I spent far too long avoiding things that I had no business to. I was sicker for it and learned that lesson the hard way. We need to pick our battles and for people with Celiac gluten-free wins.
I agree!! It drives me nuts. After studying nutrition and dietetics when hear about things like even the Keto diet as well you realize it is actually not good for you to do that to your body.
