I wish I had known about the McDonald's when I was there! We did go to H.U.G. almost every single day -- it was just before they renovated so I'm curious how the space looks now!
It was really cute inside H.U.G. (but tiny - had to take my pastries to go!). I stumbled upon the McDonald’s while I was there and had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the bun. I just wish the fries were safe!
I lived in Copenhagen for 4.5 years and I love H.U.G. Bakery. I even went there before going glutenfree. During this season I can recommend the fastelavnsboller. Thunberg has great ones! ⭐️
I wasn't able to get to Thunberg when I was there, but it's definitely on the list for next time! I'm hoping to go to Stockholm in April, so if you happen to have any gluten-free recommendations, I'd love to hear. :)
saving this!! thank you 🫶🏼
Copenhagen is on our bucket list! And that duck confit looks amazing!!!
It was such a fun city! I hope you get to go sometime soon!

Stockholm is still on my list too! I haven’t been there yet, unfortunately, so I’m looking forward to hearing your recommendations once you’ve been. 😊
I'll definitely share!
I've been following H.U.G. Bakery for years - it always looks incredible! What a fun time in Copenhagen!!
Yes, their croissants were truly out of this world! I think my second favorite to the GF croissants I had in Montreal.
