I always love a good write up on gluten free grains! My favorite grains for gluten free sourdough are GF oats and buckwheat. What are your favorite grains Christina?

So glad you enjoyed the piece! I've been very into buckwheat lately (for breakfast) and wild rice is a new staple in my dinners. There are so many good options that are naturally gluten-free!

Such a great article on gluten free grains. Thanks for sharing my crepe recipe!! I also really love sorghum, it's such a versatile grain. Amaranth is also really fun to pop like tiny popcorn.
