My 8 Favorite Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Products
If you're craving comfort this season, then these picks are for you.
The temperature has been falling in NYC (finally!), and my brain is officially in full-on fall mode. Obviously, that means I’m obsessed with anything and everything pumpkin spice-flavored and scented these days.
Who cares if pumpkin spice is basic? There’s something so comforting about the smell, which makes sense given that research shows scent is linked to memory.
Plus, studies also find that some of the specific scents in pumpkin spice (like cinnamon and ginger) can have a positive effect on your mood and help alleviate anxiety.
Naturally, I went out and bought all of the latest and greatest gluten-free pumpkin spice products so I could put them to the test for this newsletter. (You’re welcome!)
From gluten-free pumpkin spice ravioli to gluten-free pumpkin spice popcorn, I really did my due diligence as a journalist with the scope of my product testing.
Below, I’m sharing my eight favorites out of everything I tried. They’re all limited-edition—so if there’s something on this list that piques your interest, then you should really buy it ASAP.

The best gluten-free pumpkin spice products
1. Trader Joe’s Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Ravioli
TJ’s has knocked it out of the park again this year with its fall offerings. I bought multiple packs of this gluten-free pumpkin spice ravioli, and I’m so glad I did. It cooks in two minutes and has just the right amount of pumpkin flavor. I served it in a simple butter sauce with parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary and thyme. Available at Trader Joe’s.
2. Perfect Bar Pumpkin Pie
Perfect Bar is my go-to protein bar brand. Their bars are made with real ingredients (no fillers) and make for a filling post-workout snack. Their limited-edition pumpkin pie bar might just be my new favorite flavor from their collection. It truly tastes like pumpkin pie in bar form. Available at perfectsnacks.com.
3. Goodie Girl Pumpkin Spice Cookies
Do you miss eating all of the seasonal Oreo flavors now that you’re gluten-free? These gluten-free pumpkin-flavored sandwich cookies are for you. They taste very close to the real thing! Available on Amazon.
4. Lesser Evil Pumpkin Spice Popcorn
I must admit, I was skeptical about this one, but I actually really liked the salty/sweet combo of the popcorn with pumpkin spice. The pumpkin spice seasoning pairs well with the coconut oil and Himalayan pink salt Lesser Evil uses to make its popcorn. Available at Thrive Market.
5. Trader Joe’s Gluten-Free Pumpkin Streusel Muffins
I was already a big fan of Trader Joe’s Gluten-Free Cinnamon Coffee Cake Muffins, so I had high hopes for this limited-edition pumpkin variety. Let me tell you, TJ’s definitely delivered with these pumpkin streusel muffins. They contain pumpkin purée, cinnamon-sugar pumpkin spice bits, and a crumbly streusel topping made with brown sugar, butter, and pumpkin spice. Available at Trader Joe’s.
6. Nature’s Path Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Waffles
I’ve been eating these waffles ever since I was diagnosed with celiac disease and keep them stocked in my freezer throughout the fall and winter months. These waffles are super-easy to prepare; I just pop them into my toaster and then serve them with maple syrup and butter. Available at Target.
7. Nut Pods Pumpkin Spice Creamer
I’m totally obsessed with this dairy-free creamer and have turned a few friends onto it too. I’m no longer a coffee drinker, but I use it to make a fall-themed drink that I first saw on TikTok: a matcha pumpkin spice latte. It sounds kind of weird, but trust me when I say the combination is actually pretty good. This creamer froths really well, is incredibly creamy even though it doesn’t contain dairy, and is unsweetened so there’s no artificial taste. Available on Amazon.
8. Oat Haus Pumpkin Spice Granola Butter
I first came across this brand on Shark Tank and was very intrigued by this line of granola butters. Now, I know oats can be a controversial ingredient if you have celiac disease, but Oat Haus uses certified gluten-free oats in all of its butters. I grabbed the pumpkin spice flavor and have been eating it on top of rice cakes. But, it’s so good I’ve been tempted to eat it straight from the jar. Available at Thrive Market.
