Dumplings, sourdough bread, cactus water, and more are on the menu.
Whole Foods just released its 2025 food and beverage trends report, something I look forward to every year. If you’ve been a subscriber to my newsletter from the beginning, you may remember I wrote about how to make 2024’s trends gluten-free.

I might just have to try those pineapple chips. Sound very intriguing. Also a big fan of the ancestral blend ground beef. Organs have such a great nutritional value but many can’t stomach eating just the organ. But grinding it into the ground beef, you get the nutrients and you don’t even know it.
Excited to see a gluten-free dumpling and potsticker option! I will be picking some up for dinner tomorrow.
