You are welcome! Natural flavors are definitely tricky. I like this card that Erin from the Celiac Space makes that lists these types ingredients that could have gluten in them. Such an informative and thoughtful article! Straus Family Creamery (sold in stores) is my favorite brand and they have a GF Cookies and Cream flavor! It is childhood in a tub!

This is great advice! One of the ice cream shops near me asked that I call when we are on the way and they pull a fresh tub from the big freezer so it can start to soften, when we get there it is ready to scoop!

Cool! We just found out my son is gluten intolerant last year and are still figuring things out.
